Living in San Diego, we don’t get cold fall or winter weather, but the slightly cooler air that comes with fall gives us a chance to break out the cozy jackets, boots, and sweaters. Here are some of our top picks that are in stores now (or were at the time of the post!):

Liv’s picks

This soft faux fur bomber jacket from Zara is such a steal for around $70.

This casual hooded moto jacket by Blank NYC is so cute and such bargain. I love the fun green color!

This ribbed wrap sweater is SO soft and comes in a ton of color options.

The wide sleeves, drop shoulders and seam detail of this Topshop sweater make it unique and fun.

These Dolce Vita booties are the perfect mix of stylish and practical. I love the low/mid-height and the thick yet sleek heel.

Sweater dresses are so cozy and I love this slouchy Lulus one for under $50 that comes in several colors.

This open back sweater is subtly sexy and fun.

I’m a sucker for an off the shoulder sweater and this brightly striped one makes me happy.

I love the flared sleeves on this cropped sweater that’s such a bargain.

Mar’s picks

I have been on the search for a black leather jacket. And I’m pleased to have found this super soft one with nice shoulder detailing. Also, it’s now on sale for under $150.

I love a black turtleneck. Something about them makes them flattering and somehow slimming. This one, in particular, is classy and sexy.

I have been obsessed with plaid lately and I just couldn’t resist this fun blazer top. It’s so cute on!

I can’t get enough of faux fur jackets. This one can be dressed up or down. Here is a nice inexpensive option with a few colors to choose from. I don’t usually gravitate towards browns but that’s not the case this fall.

Sock booties are all the rage right now. I have to say these were definitely a splurge but not only are they super edgy and fun they are also very comfortable.

Over the knee boots have been a favorite for quite some time now. I look forward to pairing them with all my favorite dresses during the cooler weather.
